ColorJuice® Exterior Concrete Sealer™ is a fast drying water-based sealer that protects and beautifies decorative concrete. ColorJuice Exterior Concrete Sealer is designed for use with ColorJuice® Concrete Silicate Colorant, but may also be used on uncolcored concrete or with other compatible color products, in exterior applications. It is ideal for any concrete finish including porous finishes such as broomed, stamped, and exposed-aggregate concrete, concrete masonry and other cementitious surfaces, as well as porous brick, natural and manufactured stone, stucco, slate, unglazed tile and flagstone.

ColorJuice Sealer is shipped as a concentrate.
Dilute with water in 1:1 ratio. Product will cover approximately 400-600 sf/gallon (10-15 m2/L) and 300-400 sf/ gallon (7-10 m2/L) on porous concrete. Coverage may vary depending on porosity of concrete.

ChemTec One, a concrete sealer, is a multi-component state-of-the-art process used for superior concrete protection, that is, a proprietary blend of reactive silicates plus surface active agents, which penetrates into the concrete and reacts with the free calcium and lime to form an insoluble by-product that closes the porosity, increases the mass, strengthens, hardens and seals the concrete, makes it much more durable and resistant to damage by chemicals and mechanical abrasion.
The process is non-toxic, non-hazardous, non-flammable. There are no special handling requirements under environmental regulations and contains ZERO% VOC content.
ChemTec One concrete sealer is designed primarily to protect, harden, dustproof, seal, increase the mass the durability and abrasion resistance of your high strength steel troweled concrete floors and also bridge decks, loading ramps, driveways, runways, fueling stations, tank farms and to increase the useful life of all concrete infrastructures. Do not use on porous concrete blocks or other porous material where their are actual holes in the material.
Upon application the ChemTec One sealer penetrates into the concrete forming a solid
by-product in the gel pours, decreasing the porosity and increasing the mass of the concrete thereby increasing the surface hardness and strength. The process stops solids and liquids from penetrating into the concrete, but does allow air molecules to flow freely through the concrete and thus allowing the concrete to “breathe”.
The Basic Benefits:
ChemTec One is a multi-component state-of-the-art process that produces the following results in two application on brushed finished air entrained concrete and usually just one application on steel troweled non-air entrained surfaces, by just spraying it on the concrete and letting it dry. (see application instruction methods for all surfaces, especially floors, before using) Steel troweled concrete floors will normally develop a sheen over time.
Curing of New Concrete:
The process is extremely effective in stopping moisture loss in fresh concrete by applying the process to the concrete as soon as possible after the finish troweling operation (as soon as the concrete is firm and dry enough to walk on with out marking), saturating the surface with the product. The product immediately reacts with the free lime and calcium, produces a by-product that closes up the pours there by trapping the moisture in the concrete and greatly slowing the rate of evaporation. CHEMTEC ONE sealer can be used as a curing agent and surface hardener on most concrete surfaces. This product is effective at stopping moisture loss in fresh concrete, but does not meet ASTM C-309. DO NOT APPLY TO WET CONCRETE.
Hardening, Dust proofing and Sealing of Concrete:
Unlike some other concrete sealers the ChemTec process actually produces a chemical reaction that creates an insoluble by-product that encapsulates the calcium component of the concrete. It increases the mass and surface hardness of the treated concrete thereby making it much more resistant to wear and damage. Because of this chemical reaction the pours of the concrete are filled with this by-product and the porosity of the concrete is greatly reduced, not allowing liquids or solids into the concrete thereby sealing out the contaminates and keeping the pH high.
Uses:
A unique state of the art product designed for use on dense high strength new and existing steel troweled commercial concrete floors. Our concrete floor sealer is primarily used for inside buildings where the objective is to densify, harden, dust proof and seal the floors. ChemTec One can be used to harden, densify, seal and increase the mass of any concrete infrastructure, such as airport runways and taxiway’s, parking facilities, bridges, roads, loading ramps, fueling areas and many other uses. ChemTec One sealer is designed to deeply penetrate and protect outside concrete infrastructures and is installed after the concrete is fully cured. ChemTec One is the only reactive silicate product in the world that meets both the Illinois & Ohio DOT’s specification for use on bridge structures and decks.

Bellatrix is formulated using dual-protection technology combined with unique hybrid polymers, to offer the ultimate in concrete protection. Proprietary, dual-action technology provides the ultimate in both penetrating and film-forming concrete protection. Bellatrix offers environmentally friendly, VOC-compliant protection, which provides increased stain suspension and resistance against most contaminants found in kitchens, retail food stores, restaurants, malls, garages, warehouses, distribution centers, etc.
Uses:
While originally formulated to be used in conjunction with hardened concrete floor systems, such as W. R. MEADOWS LIQUI-HARD® and the INDUROSHINE™ polished concrete system, Bellatrix may also be utilized anywhere a clear, high-gloss, dual-action concrete protection system is desired. Bellatrix is designed for use on previously sealed surfaces, as well as surfaces that have been previously stained or dyed and sealed. Product Description:
LumiSeal Plus is a non-yellowing, high performance acrylic curing and sealing compound designed to provide high gloss sealing qualities that are totally resistant to yellowing from ultraviolet exposure. LumiSeal Plus is formulated in a standard high solids formulation and is suitable for use on both interior and exterior surfaces.
The tough, impervious film of LumiSeal Plus has excellent bonding characteristics, forming a continuous glossy, non-yellowing membrane that assures high water retention and excellent resistance to dirt penetration and other staining.
LumiSeal Plus is designed for interior and exterior architectural concrete where non-yellowing performance is demanded. Ideal for sealing stamped and patterned colored concrete installations and exposed aggregate surfaces.

This state-of-the-art compound is designed to cure and seal newly placed concrete surfaces as well as seal colored stamped and patterned concrete, driveways, walk ways, exposed aggregate, precast, block and other surfaces where a high gloss, non-yellowing sealer is required. LUMISEAL FXTM Blush Resistant, Non-yellowing, Water-Based Acrylic Sealing Compound
LUMISEAL FX is a water-based, non-yellowing, blush resistant curing and sealing compound designed to provide attractive, high gloss sealing qualities. LUMISEAL FX is formulated with advanced low-VOC, self-crosslinking emulsion chemistry, providing a very durable film and excellent early water-resistance to whitening or blistering. LUMISEAL FX is suitable for use on interior and exterior, horizontal and vertical surfaces.
The durable film of LUMISEAL FX bonds easily to clean, sound concrete surfaces. It forms a non-yellowing protective film that assures improved resistance to contaminants, stains and abrasion. Surface preparation of previously sealed concrete surfaces is simple and easy to accomplish. This product is ideal for sealing and resealing decorative, stamped and colored concrete. In addition, LUMISEAL FX is effective as a protective top coat on densified, polished concrete for improved stain resistance.

FGS® HARDENER PLUSTM Concrete Densifier, Hardener, Sealer, and Waterproofer, for use on mechanically ground and polished concrete surfaces.
FGS HARDENER PLUS is a proprietary, chemical hardening solution that is formulated to increase the wear resistance and surface strength of concrete floors that have been mechanically ground, smoothed, and polished. When used in conjunction with the patented FGS PERMASHINE® FLOOR POLISHING PROCESS, FGS HARDENER PLUS penetrates diamond ground and polished concrete wear surfaces to harden, seal, densify, and waterproof them. Polished concrete floors treated with FGS HARDENER PLUS last longer than conventional concrete floors, cost less to maintain, reflect light better, hold a shine longer, are safe to use, and are guaranteed to resist dusting for a minimum of ten years. FGS HARDENER PLUS is a water-based, VOC-compliant, odorless and environmentally safe component of this process.
The FGS Permashine® System: FGS PermaShine renews existing concrete floors that are dusting, worn, pitted and otherwise suffering from years of use and abuse, restoring them to an attractive, light reflective, and durable polished finish.
New floors also benefit from the FGS PermaShine process when installed after the concrete has cured sufficiently to resist the aggressive steps of grinding and polishing. The FGS PermaShine process is installed only by factory trained and approved contractors, using approved equipment and only the best chemical treatments, in order to insure the highest possible quality and longest lasting finish.
The FGS PERMASHINE DRY CONCRETE POLISHING SYSTEM is patented and is available exclusively through L&M Construction Chemicals, Inc, and only through its dealers and its certified, trained and approved installers.
Following the sequential diamond grinding and polishing steps of the FGS PermaShine process, FGS HARDENER PLUS is applied as the last and final step to the finished concrete surface. This final step is important in order to provide long-term dustproof protection to the floor, as well as to enhance and extend the visual impact of the resultant polished finish. FGS HARDENER PLUS has been formulated to restore surface strength after the aggressive microscopic destructive action of the abrasive diamond grinding and polishing steps. A two-coat application of FGS HARDENER PLUS is required to most effectively protect polished concrete floors.
The development of this product was based on L&M’s considerable knowledge of concrete, gained over 40 years of manufacturing concrete specialty treatments. FGS HARDENER PLUS has been specifically formulated to meet the unique demands of a flat, ground and polished floor – better than any other L&M product, and better than any competing product.
Treatment of a ground and polished floor with FGS HARDENER PLUS will add years to a treated concrete floor’s expected service life, as well as reduce the cost of regular maintenance of that same floor. The powerful densification of a concrete floor by FGS HARDENER PLUS increases its durability by chemically and permanently transforming the comparatively soft, exposed cement paste into a hard, wear-resistant surface. This chemical process also reduces micro-pitting.
Micro-pitting is the physical process by which the wear surface of a concrete floor microscopically deteriorates over time by abrasion. Exposed cement paste at the surface of a concrete floor is continually punished in high traffic areas and, if left untreated, will eventually wear away, letting loose of the aggregates that it is relied upon to bind. This process is frequently observed on both untreated and unprotected floors, and is identified by floor surface dusting. We know from our experience that floors treated with FGS HARDENER PLUS will resist micro-pitting. This single benefit adds many extra useful years to a floor surface.
FGS HARDENER PLUS develops internal bonds, over time, that effectively transform an FGS PermaShine concrete floor into a hardened, chemically strengthened wear surface that resists abrasion, oil contamination and water penetration. Note: While this chemical reaction with the floor begins shortly after treatment, the full benefit is not realized until the process measurably advances during the initial six months following application, at which time the treatment becomes complete and permanent. A regular schedule of washing, utilizing our FGS Concrete Conditioner, will accelerate this protection during this period.
FGS HARDENER PLUS is easy to use. Work area downtime is greatly minimized and its odorless formula allows its use in employee-occupied areas without concern. The deeply penetrating chemical action leaves no film to scratch, chip, peel, discolor or otherwise deteriorate, and its presence will not alter the natural nonslip texture of the concrete floor.
Highly polished treated floors continue to hold their luster through use and with a proper, regular cleaning program utilizing our special FGS Concrete Conditioner. By choosing a FGS Permashine floor, substantial savings in annual maintenance costs will be quickly realized over conventional wax coatings, acrylic sealers and thin film coatings.
Basic Use: FGS HARDENER PLUS is required for use on floors that have been diamond ground and polished in accordance with the patented FGS PermaShine Process. Typical areas that would benefit from this process include floors subjected to medium or heavy fork lift and tow motor traffic: including those found in warehouses, distribution centers, automotive assembly plants, manufacturing plants, textile mills, coolers and freezers, food processing plants, canning factories, breweries, bakeries, meat and poultry processing plants, service garages, grocery stores, discount retail stores, hub transfer facilities, commercial buildings, and most concrete floors needing rehabilitation.

PETROTEXTM Oil and Water Repellent for Concrete, Masonry and Stone Surfaces
PETROTEX is a ready to use, quick drying, multifunctional, water-based concrete protectant containing a new generation, invisible, and VOC compliant emulsion of silane, siloxane and synthetic polymers. PETROTEX effectively protects concrete pavements, natural or synthetic stone surfaces, chemically hardened concrete to resist the penetration of water and oil. PETROTEX penetrates into the surface, forming a long lasting oil and water repellent treatment that retards the penetration of these contaminants.
PETROTEX leaves no film and invisibly protects concrete and other surfaces from oil drippings and road salts. This product is compatible and recommended for use with chemically hardened concrete floors, especially exposed, commercial and industrial floors that have been treated with L&M SEALHARD and floors that have been ground and polished using L&M’s FGS PermaShine process.
